My navigation display is showing 'data disk not read'. I had a new optic drive put in but I am having the same result. The place in Calif says its probably the computer board. So I am looking to get someone's unit that is also broken. Maybe your PC board works. Its worth a try. My player is 86841-33060.

Why not send it back to the place in Cali and have them replace the board or refund your money, because they changed out a part that was obviously not the culprit to your problem? You sent them the unit to diagnose and fix the problem with your dvd reader, they replaced a part, charged you for it, and now are saying that what they replaced was not the problem, and are telling you to now spend more money on a computer board......Have them make it right.
