Nothing else is required. True bolt up on your LS430 (not LS400). Includes all hardware for a bolt up install.
For the front axle only. Not the rear.

It is not a direct bolt-up, the 430 mount holes are different so you'll need a bracket fabbed up. My guess is that you'll need minimal 19's with this kit and the rears may need to be high disk too.

14" setup requires at least 18" wheels with high disk setup

and yes, these (for ls430) will not bolt on to ls400
