Default FS: wood steering wheels

FS: 2 OEM Lexus wood + tan leather steering wheels off of 98-00 LS400. they have minor scrathes on them but in good overall condition. $150 each.

was the airbag depolyed on this unit? How do I install this with my current airbag?

you cant, you need an airbag from the same gen (98-00) to fit in that wheel. Problem is that the connectors one the UCF21 (98-00) cars is different from the ones before it.

I have a '98 LS400 this should bolt right up right? It wont affect the airbag in an accident will it?

yes it will bolt up and the air bag will still be fullly functional provided that you connect it back correctly

didnt i just say that the connectors were different and it WONT work w/o modification...it will bolt on tho.(to the column) but the bag wont function unless u mod the connectors.

Wow wired the connectors are different between the 2 '98s. I just figured it would fit from one '98 to another. Using the same airbag. I guess I was wrong, thanks for the info...

sry, what i meant was that the 98-00 wouldnt fit on a car EARLIER than 98 and the wheel offa LS430 wouldnt fit on a lower year car at all. if its a UCF21 wheel your putting on it ought to work.
