Default My 2004 LS430 UL Black/Saddle

I've always wanted a Lexus with saddle interior since the first time I saw pictures of one years ago. And I've always drooled over some of the VIP UCF 30/31 builds...so I'm happy to have one of my own now.

It just so happened that this one popped up at an auto broker in Nashville 2 days before I was to go over there for a mini-vacation. So, I guess this was meant to be. While I was there, I visited the broker to check out the car. It was super legit, so we made a deal. A week later, the car arrived to me in SoCal on a transport truck.

As soon as I got the car, I installed the Data Systems controller to adjust the factory air suspension. I threw on my 19" LM's from my SC and visited Axis Wheels the next day.

We tried their new Model Ones in 20x9.5 +30 and 20x10.5. 245/35 front and 275/30 rear. I think the offsets and sizing is really good, but a more stretched tire would help with fitment. What do you guys think about this look?

Looks great! It's amazing how a set of wheels can transform a car.

The LM's look awesome on there!

Weird how there's almost never saddle interior cars in CA. When I was searching I only found them on the east coast and down south.

Very nice. How does it ride low on the stock bags?

I wouldn't be able to give a fair assessment of that right now because I lowered the car and put the 19" wheels on at the same time. The ride definitely isn't as nice with the car lowered with the wheels...I think the lower profile tires make a big difference.

Both sets of wheels look great man! It's pretty rare to see a black LS430 with a saddle interior.

Terrible choice of words. Does not look like crap at all. She is a thing of beauty no matter what.

Good looking car. Much better ride in mine though. I've started to just choose comfort I believe. On the LS I don't want to go back to those days of low and abusive. Tried that on my 400 a bit. Even a 2.5 in drop on 18's was not pleasant.

you are correct about the words , but looking at these pics - it makes me want to mess with my car. I have nice set of 20" Forged rims in my basement i had on the GS400 back in the days. But i promised myself no lowering/no wheels no suspension modding ..since its my DD-

But look at those pics..

Damn! I really love the way those 20's make it look. It's an aggressive VIP type look...

...but then again...BBS LM's are awesome...

I'm jealous that I'm not you and have to choose between the two.

LM's are really nice, but i'm more biased towards the 5 spokes, since gloss black [by the looks of it] wheels look phenomenal on a gloss black car.
