Suspension Squeak (from the rear) When I get out

So Just like the title says - Do guys typically have certain things that need to be greased? The car was dealer maintained so its current on struts etc.

Is there a common culprit?

Sounds to me like a bad strut

My parking brake did this - just lubricate the contact/pivot points
