2002 LS430 UL, 133000kms, no air suspension problems, setting height to high or normal works as it should and I use both settings regularly.

However, 2 rear height sensors failed and reported out-of-range after someone ran into my rear bumper at low speed - bumper didn't crush or break, but a chunk paint was taken off. The failed sensors caused the front left to be very high and rear right to be very low.

Lexus dealership replaced both rear height sensors. The first time they said my car was ready, the calibration was way off and the car was not sitting level at all. They got it right the second time, after I sent the detailed instructions on how to calibrate the system.

Front sensors are still original. I don't do any specific maintenance to any of the height sensors, but the dealership told me it was possible/likely that these sensors can fail around the 7-15 year mark due to corrosion caused by water/salt getting inside them. You may want to come up with a plan to keep them clean and dry.

I'm at 124k. No issues. The right rear strut was replaced by the dealer around 70k miles. Otherwise no issues. It gets a workout. I wouldn't trade it though. I'll probably replace it with air when the others go.

Almost exact same experience here. Right rear started acting up around 70k and they replaced it under the CPO warranty. No problems since and I am at 140k. I will replace them with air when they eventually wear out. love the ride quality.

I have 320,000 kms or almost 200,000 miles on my 2002 LS UL - and have had no problems with my air suspension, touch wood. It's still a great ride.
