Just a heads up for those replacing batteries in their remotes. The right size is cr1616. I noticed many sites had it listed at cr2032 which I went and bought only to take the key apart and find this to be incorrect. Also be careful with the tiny screws. They are easy to lose and strip out if not using correct screwdriver.

You are correct for at least the 04-06's. I just replaced mine(smart key) a few weeks ago. The link poster mentioned non-smart key battery.

I replaced mine today and it was a 1616 in my 2005. I bought the 2032s first and opened up the key to find they weren't correct. This is non smart key for those that didn't see the title
