To say all shops use untrained techs maybe is a generalization. You get oil on yur hand have to get rid of it, some shops are reputable.

But ya like doing yurself that is great. It is usually done with a rotation and that is something I need no part of. Never had my wheels shake or fall off after a rotation with oil change.
