Default Easy-Close Actuator Squeaking and O2 Sensor Malfunction

So I just picked up my LS430 this saturday and LOVE it. I have a couple questions for the community though.

1) My rear passenger door easy-close actuator is squeaking when ever it pulls the door in. Is there any easy fix to this such as greasing something? or will I be required to replace the actuator? If so, how hard is it to do this?

2) About half way home (330km drive) the VSC Off light and check engine light came on. I Used my buddies code reader and it seems to be one of the AFR sensor codes. I didn't think to record the actual code number which wasn't very smart but I will likely be able to get it if its needed. Any recommendations? It's pretty icy where I live so VSC is quite nice.

Thanks guys!

You need the exact MIL code to do correct diagnosis.

So the code I am getting is p0037. O2 Sensor Heater Curcuit Low bank 1 sensor 2. to my understanding, this is the easier sensor to replace. just curious if anyone has had any luck with simply cleaning it? p0037 seems like an electrical issue so I probably gotta replace the sensor but worth checking

i hate to bump a 5 month old thread but.... my LS just threw the same code. does anyone know where the sensor is physically located? I'm new to actually working on cars but i replaced my thermostat a few weeks ago so i dont think this should be too much harder. if anyone has a picture of where the sensor is that would be greatly apprecited
