Can anyone recommend a good source for obtaining a LS430 repair manual, paperback or pdf? Going to tackle a head gasket replacement
Online search is coming up short

Thanks in advance

RKW might be able to post it here. Otherwise Ebay. They are expensive for the set.

Yes sir, those will be very helpful. I bounced the torque specs from your pdfs against a spec chart I located and they are the same. Nice to have some pics with nomenclatures... Looks like I over torqued my throttle body by 1 fr/lb. Not sure when I'm going to start my h/g project but I may try to do a write up with pics. Maybe... may need to break down and buy a book before it's over with

Thank you sir

This link to the Toyota service system might help.

I used it to make repairs on my ls430.

Costs a little but well worth it.

You can buy it by day or month or year I believe.

I got the cheapest one and printed out the pages I needed.

Hope this helps.

Good info ... thanks for sharing
I have a source that is going to send me the procedures for head gasket replacement via email since I need the info for torquing and timing of the camshafts...
So if anyone needs a repair procedure, let me know and I'll request it also...

Regards

On this topic, if you already have the factory service manual set, it there a source for additional information?
Perhaps more detail, etc?

i've seen a transmission rebuild manual but other than that I've not seen anything.

What detail could you possibly want that isn't in the factory repair manual???

well guys...i gambled and lost $14.95. I had asked the question earlier but no one seemed to know, but the "OEM Repair Manual" at this link is pretty much junk. The illustrations are poor to non existent and it ain't even close to OEM quality. Its not even Chilton quality.
i did find a site books4cars.com that is quoting 350 bucks for the set...might just bite the bullet and go for it.
