Battery Changed = no power to stereo
Ok, so my 2002 LS had its battery changed this past weekend thanks to my father in law listening to the radio with the dome light on.
It took the AAA guy around 3 hours to get to me and restore power to my beast. In the process the dude blew out most of my fuses, cause the technician was anything but a tech. I got my mechanic to replace the faulty fuse, but he could not restore power to the stereo.
I am here asking you wisemen to see:
If my LS turns on, the windows and the sunroof functions correctly. I do have power to the gauge cluster, and the AC function normal.
THE STEREO DOES NOT LIGHT UP AT ALL. DO I NEED TO START LOOKING FOR A FUSE OR AM I LOOKING AT THE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM OF THE STEREO PREVENTING ME FROM USING IT. THE STEREO IS NOT A ML MODEL.
I am not a big fan of the dealers, SO i will go above and beyond the call to find myself a solution.
Any advice is appreciated, and my apologies for the horrible format of this post.

Sit down with your owners manual and go thru all the stereo related fuses. Did the guy cross the cables when he jump started it? If so you are definitely dealing with some dead fuses in the mix. We have fuse boxes under the hood, dash and trunk.

Not a fuse thing...
I went ahead and checked every fuse box. No fuse is burnt. The only question that remains, is there a fuse in the back of the stereo? I also wonder if when the previous owner installed a parrot hands free on the car, could have altered the electrical route to the stereo?

I have a similar problem on my 2005 Honda S2000 and it took me awhile to find the blown fuse in the back of the stereo unit.
