Default Lsd for ls430

So my ls3 swapped 430 can't even slide :-/ stupid open diff! So I've done done searching and I know toms and I think cusco does. Anyone know for sure any oem ones that I could bolt up? I read something about the supra. Or anyone have any hookups to just get a toms.

did you find your solution?

cusco and toms are just ridiculously expensive..might be cheaper to pull a supra diff and see if itll fit inside the housing of the LS diff lol.

I've tried to slide my ls430 and it's open diff af! Come down to stockton, we can compare your diff to a kazz lsd we have for an mk4 supra. You can tandem with our 6.0 vortec powered fc too haha we have a skidpad at the shop.

I'm going to check out some supra diffs, but if I can't make a match Im forking out for the cusco hybrid. Kinda cool you can switch from 1way to 2way.

I Been asking around and don't think it's going to fit in the pumpkin, maybe. Was gonna see if we could find a whole diff that can bolt up or come close. Otherwise **** it 1600 for cusco get it done.

so heres what i did, i looked up the code on the for the cusco unit. found a Japanese catalog the same model diff bolts into a soarer uzz40, aristo jzs160 161, celsior ucf30. so then i ebayed jzs160 lsd came up with tomei, kaaz, os giken all fitting supra jza80. but if current lsd is a torsen open diff half shafts will need to be purchased. so tomei being the cheapest i called tomei, tomei said that if my ls430 is open diff then diff 562027 will fit right in with no half shafts. and thats the diff that i had came down to so just ordered it.. 1000 bucks i hope it fits. or ima be flipping a new aristo diff real fast.

so if you can find a soarer jza80 at should bolt into the pumpkin but i think will need the torsen half shafts. same goes for aristo jzs160-161 lsd. ill be chiming back in if im wrong with all this.

Did not work man.. So basically the aristo uses a half shaft where the ls430 is a full axle with the splines going straight into the pumpkin. So I welded it and honestly I'm ok with it.. I still want to find a LSD diff. Good news is I bought a aristo today lol, so I have a diff for it :-) I'll get back if I find something for the ls430

A few months ago there was a done out drift style LS430 on Seattle Craigslist. Probably worth every dollar of that 20 something thousand. He was running a ATS brand 2 way LSD.

I'm wondering how much the OP is spending on the ability of this luxury automobile to slide?
I thought I heard it all but evidently not.
