Default Not exactly sure where to start...

Both my 2001 and 2005 LS 430's are having problems with weatherstripping coming apart (see photos).

Is this a project fairly easy for a DIY'er? Have searched and haven't found an article specifically on this issue. Any tips/pointers/directions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance!!

Yeah its an easy DIY. You can get the parts from Sewellexus. It just pulls off and the new ones just pop back in place. Work your way around the door. They have some clips holding the ends in. If I was home I would get some pics for you.

The weatherstrip is a common problem after being outside for a while it will crack and eventually become torn. You can buy the part and replace, it is very straightforward. I bought off of eBay. Just search the part numbers.
