Default Back up camera or control module?

I've been having a blank/ grainy blackish screen when in reverse some time now. Has any one else had this issue and if so, did you get just the camera replaced, control unit, or both? How can you tell if its one and not the other?

Does the screen work properly when the shifter is NOT in the "R" position?
If so, please take a look at the following fuses in the luggage (trunk) J/B:
1. RR ECU-B
2. RR ACC
3. RR IG

Yes everything else work as advertised. I will check out those fuses and report back.
