Default 2003 LS430 - Door Lock Actuator Motor PN for Driver's Side Rear Door

Hello,

I have a 2003 Lexus LS430 Base model (Canadian). My door lock actuator on the driver's side rear door has gone bad. I am almost certain that the motor inside the actuator has burned out.

Before I tear open the door, I'd like to know the part number of the replacement Mabuchi motor so I can order the parts.

Anyone have this handy? Seems there are different types, flat-shaft, round shaft, long shaft, etc.

If someone can let me know or post a link to a thread where it's discussed please do so.

Thanks!

That is the one I am currently using for my driver side doors. They are a little stronger and louder fyi however they work. Good luck!

D or flat shorter shaft is what you want. Such a great and simple repair. Save a ton over replacing the whole actuator.

Thanks for confirming. I don't mind getting my hands a little dirty. I looked at the price of the actuators and even from Sewell with the ClubLexus discount they are ridiculously expense. Will let you know how it goes.

I can't order these from Amazon.com as I'm in Canada. They don't have them on Amazon.ca. Is eBay okay? Do any of you have a link to a reputable seller?

Thx
