Default 90k Recommended Maintenance

I have 2003 LS430 with 90k miles and it is in great condition. I expect to drive this several more years and put 200k+ miles on it. Based on your experience, what guidance can be provided on maintenance that you would do now. I have not done much more previously than oil changes and brakes.

How about:

1) Timing Belt
2) Water pump
3) Serpentine belt
4) Power steering fluid flush service
5) Rear differential service
6) Transmission fluid service
7) Other?

What would you recommended now (of these or other) and does anyone have recommended dealer costs for comparison to my dealer prices in Columbus, OH. Thanks!

Timing belt tensioner, thermostat, engine temperature sensor, spark plugs, clean maf, clean throttle body, radiator & gas cap, brake fluid flush plus everything else you listed.

Do you know you can source all these oem parts yourself at probably 1/2 what your dealer is quoting you?

Use Yelp.com to search for local auto mechanics that advertise honda, lexus, infinity, japanese makes. Look at their ratings and you can call and start getting quotes on labor. Your dealer may be willing to match labor. I can negotiate with mine.

Edit: At your 2nd service (200k) it's smart to do the main seals. The upper and lower main seals. It would make sense to do the alternator and starter as well. I know that may seem excessive but you would be set for another 100k. Alternators and starters don't tend to last much past 200k miles on the 430. Since the intake manifold needs to comes off for the starter I would do it at this point. At least this is my plan. Lot cheaper to do it all at once.
