Jasonson: I purchased my 2nd LS from Lexus of Tampa Bay in 2005. Got a CPO 2002 LS. Best car I've ever driven. Loren S. was my sales rep and he still works there. I had a very good experience with the staff there and I would purchase there again. As stated above Lexus image is important to the company and they value your impression. The bell curve exists in just about anything and there will be an occasional unsatisfied customer for whatever reason. I've purchased LS's from three different Lexus dealers and had dealings with four and I've never had any issues.
