He probably only drove it to get oil changes, haha, but for 30k you can get a very low mileage ls460 (I know, I know they're less reliable lol). It could be worth it for 20-25k

That low mileage makes you wonder how long it sat possibly without being driven. It is incredibly clean. Too bad it is a base model. A UL with that mileage would be even more lovely.

Yeah, however you cut it, it's still a 10 year old car. Going to be a tough sale. The market is likely quite small at that kind of money.

All cars still need to be driven to stay well lubricated, etc. For that kind of money you can buy a much later model low mileage car. This is not a collectable car and is still 11 years old.

The eBay ad says it was owned by a collector so I'm guessing they would have the car on a drive rotation schedule. Still, I don't see there being the demand, as nice as it is.

If it was kept in a climate controlled storage and driven on a scheduled basis it could be a consideration in the low to mid 20s tops. I'd still want to be certain of the integretity of the transmission (early 04 issues) and the tires would need to be changed after 11 years.

This car may have low miles but it isn't perfect. I pulled Service Records and car had "Body & Trim Repair" on 12-20-06.. Ad is misleading., theres no car fax or pic of odometer, plus with service records showing of body work.. This isn't a Cherry car despite the low miles..

they provided the owner a battery charger because they charged the battery several times and replaced the battery once.

Thing had one oil change and like 4 batteries. Looks like the recall was not performed.

Can you tell by the VIN number what models were effected by the recall in 2004? What exactly was the issue with the transmission?
