Just wait for something else. I don't know what the market value of these cars is in your area, but an 04 for $18k is definitely on the higher end in my area. Lexus dealerships are asking that or less around here, how is she expecting someone to come with $18k cash lol....most people with that kind of money don't buy a 10 year old car.

This 430 was very basic - no Nav, bluetooth, smart key, etc. There is a $795 dealer fee which brings price up to $14k. Plus you have to go get it and bid on it without seeing it or driving it. It had no CarFax or AutoCheck in the ad so likely had accident history. So price was about right.
