the LS430 has probably the highest quality interior of any car. Comsumer Reports is a joke, only run by how much money they can make! Tesla. Can anyone remember the Tucker?

I've never driven one, so I can't speak to that, but I imagine all that instant torque will put a smile on your face really quick. Everyone who drives one loves it. I just think to get a 99/100, the interior I sat it should have been much better.

I love my 430, I consider it a blessing and a dream come true , I wanted to drive it forever as well, but after seeing this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...right-now.html I think ive been bit by the bug.
I called in about one today at a dealer, not that I can afford it yet but nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking

2004 LS430 with 25XXX miles...just had TB/WP replaced, PS fluid, differential oil, etc...only recent repair was a new transmission selector switch...car looks and drives as new...I'm afraid the vehicle will outlive ME! It's flint mica with ash leather; I bought her new ten years ago for 58K. Estimate of current value via AutoTrader is 18-20K...I have a hard time thinking about selling it for less than a new Prius!

My 03 has 72K. Its still like new. Kinda fun tinkering with the small stuff. All that's required is to look for a week. Study for a week and then lay hands on it.

Bought my 04 in March 14 with 129k. Currently at 151k so just over 10k average year. Waiting to hear on a new job where I will likely drive about 40k a year. Fuel, oil, and car allowance should allow me to keep up with my regular maintenance. We will see how far it will go.

163,000
I just bought my 2001 LS430 with 163,000. What sealed the deal was the carfax showing they did every service by the book. Changed oil every 3 to 4 thousand miles with 5w30 synthetic. I hope to get another 100k plus

61k miles on a 2004. Bought it in 2008 with 10k miles logged. 12 year old car that drives like brand new. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Mobil 1 oil changes done myself. Timing belt/water pump done a couple of years back. Only issue is the ride height sensor that trips the AFS light.
I hope the Canadian winter salt will not shorten the frame too much. I hope to drive it forever. I have been spoiled, and what am I gonna replace it with without forking over big $$$?
Is still see 1990s LS400s on the road here. RELIABLE and built to last.

I normally drive my cars less than a year and then sell them. I also almost always keep 2 cars. One as a daily driver and one as a fun car.
I think about selling my LS430 every once in a while but every time I am about to post it for sale, I can't justify it because there is nothing better or more reliable in the price point of a LS430 (10-13k). What car can you really get that's as refined as the LS430 with that $?
I've sat in my friends' 2015 BMW 5 series, 2015 Mercedes CL and numerous new luxury / luxury sport cars and they are not much better than my 12 year old car in terms of interior and ride quality.
I am currently at 120k and I expect my specific LS430 to last well over 300k easy. The maintenance was on point when the previous owner owned it (original owner) and I take care of all my cars. When I sell it, I hope the next owner keep up with the maintenance too.

05 LS430 w/270k miles in Georgia
Runs great, paid for, nice ride. I'm disabled, so my 30k miles/year commute is over. Wife adds 6k miles/year. Should be her last car unless Bambi jumps out in front of her.
