tire fitment question
tire guru's, I need a little help
01 LS430 dropped on coilovers, sitting right at the tire, almost no gap but not tucked.
wheels are 20x9 +29 and 20x10.5 +30
what tires do I need to run to avoid rubbing issues. I am going to shave the rear, and attempt to roll the fronts without messing them up
I dont mind a mild stretch, but dont want a crazy stretch, and this is my daily driver. I also dont want to run a crazy amount of camber to make them fit.
I've been told a few different things......225/35 and 245/35........225/40 and 255/40
Just eyeing up the 245/35 to the rim (not mounted) the 245 looks like it will be stretched like a **** on that 10.5.
I was thinking about trying 225/35 and 255/35.....or maybe even a 235/35 up front
Any thoughts or ideas????

My fronts are 9.5 + 25 and rears are 10.5 +29 and I'm running a 245/35 and 275/30's. My fenders are rolled and rears are shaved. It sounds like we're about the same ride height, and I rub a little up front, but it's mostly fender liner. My rears rub a bit but usually only when going in steep driveways at an angle. To me it's acceptable, mainly because I'm not a huge fan of stretched tires. If I went 235/35 and 255/35 I probably wouldn't rub at all. Also just running natural camber and no adjustable arms.

that actually helps me a lot, and i not a fan of stretched tires either. These came with the exact same tires that you are running, I never fit them though. I had the rims taken apart to be redone prior to fitting them. The old owner was rubbing for sure on his LS with these, you can see it on the tires, but who knows if he was shaved or rolled or not.
I appreciate the input
