V8 badge emblem is cool idea. Lot of people have no idea that our cars are V8. They think it is Avalon equivalent so it must be a V6.

No pics but I'm supposed to hangout with the owner this weekend. I'll get a few.

It's actually a legit 2000 S15 Silvia. It was in the Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift.

When I would take the car out on the weekends I always had kids come up and ask if I had a turbo V6 because of the way my exhaust crackles and pops. It used to drive me crazy so I ordered some 4Runner/GX470 V8 emblems.

Then I would get asked by older guys if it had a V10 or V12 because of the exhaust. I should get a V10 emblem.

I compared the font and it matches GX470 emblem. I think I am going to give it a try.

One thing I noticed about my friend's mom's GX470 is that the emblem's are connected. On my 09 GX470 mine were separate just like the 4Runner emblems I bought for my car. My emblems also had prongs on the back that needed to be sanded down before I could put them on the car. Give it a shot. You can't go wrong for that price.

Thank you! I like the way the wheels look as well. It came out looking better than I thought.

Yeah, I used some $6 Duplicolor caliper paint. When my hood was getting repainted at the body shop I had my guy spray the calipers for me.

I painted my calipers on my SC300 four years ago and they still look good.
