Default Lexus IS300 Wheels on our LS430's?

Hey Guys & Gals:

I got a handle on a beautiful set of '03 IS300 five spoke wheels for a bargain that I think would look right on my '01 UL.
Any thoughts about firment?

Thanks, RW

Do you know the specs. 5x114? What size? If anything, you will probably have problems with the front calipers clearing. Disk height seems to be the most common issues.

If bolt pattern even matched, the calipers won't clear.

The OEM is300 wheels will not clear OEM LS430 BBK, Unless you throw on spacers.

Hi:
Thanks for the advise. Them calipers are huge & look pretty tight to the stock wheels....
I'll keep pondering.

The IS300 wheels are 17x7". Offset was pretty conservative/weak, somewhere +45 or +50. To clear the front calipers you'll need spacers. Most non-BBK wheels take a 15mm but some may need 20mm. To balance the look you'll want spacers for the rears too.

The 2-3IS staggered wheels are also worth considering if you come across any. The 3-GS wheels are another.

Did the IS250 wheels bolt straight on with no spacers?

Howdy:
I'ma wondering about that IS250 figment also.....
In the photos, they look at little deep set in the wheel wells?
I hate spacers.....
There has just got to be some candidate 18" or so available out there that are OEM take offs that look & fit right for cheap?????? Mustang GT? Nissan 350ZX? Infiniti? Lexus GS, SC?
Hummmmm.
Thx & lug ya guys & gals!!

The is250 wheels bolt straight on without the need of spacers which is great. Definitely the easiest and cheapest way to change the look of the Ls430
