Default LS430 with Landau Top discussion (merged threads)
Saw this LS430 on eBay - the color caught my eye when I saw the thumbnail image.

Then I saw the roof.... I can honestly say I've never seen this done to a LS430, let alone any other Lexus. I've seen it done on new style Maximas, Camrys, and of course Cadillacs and Lincolns... but damn.

Picture is attached. All I can say is "WHY?!?!?!?!"

Wow. It's almost unrecognizable as an LS !

When I was in Miami this summer, I saw a couple of LS 430.s black with the smae treatment on the roof... I guess there is this company in FL that can do this and it is pretty popular there.

I think it's an abomination, but who am I to judge "personal" taste.

i saw one of those fake convertible roofs on an ls400 at the auction several years ago. i felt bad for the poor car, it just needed a good home and someone who loved it

That one looks a little better... it's nice and smooth. The one I posted above has the bumps as if it was a convertible top framework... or so it appears.
