2002 ls 430 codes P134b & P1349 VSC & Check engine light

134 is O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1
1349 is a vvt problem I believe. Might need to look into that more closely. Dirty oil control valve is mentioned in some post. Also, the vvt controller assembly could have gone bad.
