I have not tried it yet, but I understand that you can print a reasonable facsimile of the original sticker (not just a list of options & features) by buying a 2-day subscription to TIS (the Toyota Information Service?).
It is the web site where you can get service information, repair manual pages, etc.
I think it includes the original prices.
My Lexus dealer provided the complete Vehicle Maintenance History for several cars (based upon VIN) I was researching before making a purchase. That history shows all of the options, prices, vehicle-specific info (color, interior, etc.) additions at port of arrival, and maintenance, including the full chronology of the vehicle's existence (as known to Lexus).
