Isn't that the truth, I drove 80 miles to go check out this Black one shown here and in the beginning of this post. From the pictures on their website, this LS seems to be a good buy with only 64,000 miles on her but when I test drove it, you could feel the car wobbling and hear metal to metal in the front left wheel when stopping. Once I heard those things, I was even more cautious to keep driving it. So I cut the test drive short and headed back to the dealership. It was definitely a very poor example of an LS 430. Thanks.

Did the dealer even inspect that car? With 64k you would think it would be barely broken in. Was the metal on metal sound the brake pads or something more?

Don't know what it was didn't hang around for some lame explanation. I could only imagine what story they would have come up with. I literally ran from there.

Have you looked at your local Lexus dealers? You might pay a little more but their quality tends to be much better. I totally stay away from small or no name dealers now. Even these luxury car dealers run all kinds of scams.
