Default Hello CL

Hey what's up ClubLexus. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello! My name is Sayed. I'm 29 years old. I line central NJ. I'm currently driving a cab in NYC. Have been in the taxi/limo business in NYC for about 9 years now. I'm currently building my first restaurant down in Temple Hills, Maryland just outside of DC. Hopefully I'll see some of you DC/MD/VA members down there soon! It's been a long and hard road to this first major goal in life for me and my brother, but we've finally made it.

I'm a long time member over at Acuralegend.org/.com. I also have a 94 Acura Legend GS which was my pride and joy for the last 10 years. I did the 3.5 swap from a 2004 Acura RL in my legend along with a lot of other subtle mods. I've been around forums for a while and love the debates, info, and especially the pics!

Now that you know a little about me I'll tell you about my new (used) LS. It's a 2005 LS 430 w/Modern Luxury Package. Black on Black, one owner, 139k miles (currently upto 142k). I bought the car approximately 2 months ago just outside of Pittsburg, PA. The car has been serviced at Lexus it's entire life with the exception of the 125k service. I was lucky enough that the previous owner had every service record in the glove box stamped by the lexus dealership where the car has been serviced. The car looks and feels amazing! I'm loving every minute of it! I've already started personalizing the car. I got the front bumper resprayed and the grill insert painted satin black. Let me know what you guys think.

Looking forward to being here and sharing my experiences and seeing all of yours too. Now if I can figure out hot to post pics I will. If you took the time to read this far, Thank you.

Here are the pics. I'm guessing the pics don't show up large in the posts? Is attaching pics to a post the only way to post here, or do you guys use third party hosts? Thanks.

Welcome Sayed. Very nice car.
Unlike me, I hope you kept your Legend, even though you won't drive it often.
The LS430 is better in every way !

This place is full of information about the LS

Thanks Stu. I'm actually in the middle of selling the LEGEND lol. With the new business coming and a 7 month old its too much to juggle. I just don't have that kind of time and I don't want to "spread myself too thin".

It is just amazing that a 142K mile car looks like a new car.

Congratulations Sayed and good luck for your new business.

Thank you guys, I appreciate the kind words. You can see the attached pics in the OP for the Satin Black grill. I'll attach one in this post too. I think it made a big difference. I personally love it.

For you DC/MD guys I will definitely let you guys know. Maybe we can set up a mini meet sometime at my new place and enjoy some good music, food, and nice cars!
