Thanks!
RSR Suspension is available directly from RS-R USA website. http://rs-r.com

Price of the Sports-i coil over system for the LS430 is about $2000, which is much less than 3 years ago when I bought them for $3200 because of the foreign exchange being more favorable today.

So compared to stock, do the RSR provide a much harsher ride?

I'm interested in lowering the car SLIGHTLY, but do not care at all about improving handling. I do not want to lose ANY of the ride quality.

No, the RSR i-Shock is actually almost as compliant as stock in normal uses, with a bit more control and increasing in firmness as you give more forces to load in sporting maneuvers.
It's very precise and predictable in handling, while maintaining a very good compliance for even the smallest of bumps and dips.

RSR uses a in-house developed mono-tube damper, which is something much more expensive to make than stock, and has nice control of dampening the speed of stroke, and travel of the shock piston. What this means is that the shocks are actually softer than stock in the first few millimeters of travel, and becomes firmer as larger forces are applied. Overall sensation is that it is just as soft and quiet over most road conditions while cruising, while larger dips and sways are much better controlled.
It is similar to the designs Ohlins and certain Bilstein makes for the AMG class of Mercedes Benz cars.

So it's a very comfortable ride and even when set about 35mm lower, the stroke range is ample and only noticeably firmer when it's loaded with suitcases and 5 full passengers and piston cycle is experiencing a very high load.

Have you seen some of the body kits available?

This practically looks stock compared to some of those...

Vossen wheels were chosen to update our Lexus LS430 project car, and it brings the car into 2013 after 10 years of service since it rolled off the showroom floor.

Fitment: 2004 Lexus LS430
Vossen VVS-CV4
Front: 20×9.0J, +32, 5×114.3
Rear: 20×10.5J, +45, 5×114.3
Falken Tire FK453, 245/35-20 and 275/30-20

The RSR i-Shock were custom valved and fitted with proper stroke range to accommodate this F:32mm R:35mm drop. With monotube hand assembled shock body, bearing mount spring perches, and full high end rubber bushings, these coil-overs do not ruin the inherent silent, compliant, and predictable handling of the LS430, while providing high level of compliance and stroke. RS-R is the only company who builds Japanese hand-built coil-over systems designed for each application in exact piston lengths, and shock valve specifications, and on fully tapped body that can be custom made to each user's preferred height, and keeping suspension damper stroke and valving range.
Nice wheels. Just curious how close to your rims get to the calipers on the inside? Could you take a picture? The LS430 calipers are pretty big.

I bought a set of black aluminum rims with a similar spoke design and they are SUPER close. Actually the shop had to clearance them slightly.

Do you still have the car ? Would you have a closer shot of the rear wheel to fender gap?

I love my Corolla and long time member on club 4ag

I am looking to install bilstein coilovers on my LS and some wheels
Just want to make sure the rear offset is perfect

I am not in hella flush or stance interested
