Front Plate Bracket Sensors ?
What are these lenses in the front License Plate Bracket?
Sensors?
They are in the top frame.
The one on the right side of vehicle is a long rectangle.
The one on the left is more square.

They are not the PCS Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) sensors. The radar sensor (antenna) is not itself visible, but is located behind a plastic "shield" which surrounds the lexus logo in the center of the grille.
I have not seen the subject lenses on any stock LS430.

Looks like an after market bracket with maybe some light feature. If its on the bracket, it doesn't do anything with the car. Take a far away picture so we can see the whole thing.

The only change from 04 to 06 cruise control systems was that the Pre-Collision System was not available on the very early production 04s (probably started in Jan 04).
Without PCS: The system used was Dynamic Laser Cruise Control (DLCC) which had its (optical) sensor in the lower bumper on the passenger side (looks kind of like a "glass eyeball").
With PCS: The system used was Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) which had a radar antenna behind the plastic "shield" surrounding the Lexus logo in the center of the grille.
The confusion is a result of the use of the term "radar" in the dash display even with the non-PCS cars (all of which had a laser, not radar).

What trim do you have? I dont see headlamp washers so not CL or UL. I still think its non oem bracket connected for some lighting. Putting any sensor at tip of bumper is asking to br damaged.

It is a 9100A and has the "Modern Luxury Package"
The closer I look the more I think it is an aftermarket system.
What is the "CL"Package?

Custom Luxury and it was one trim below Ultra. If you have modern, you don't have laser or radar cruise just normal cruise. That plate is definitely something aftermarket. Again, if it's wired to something see if it lights up or anything when you turn on lights.

Lexus Test Driver
Looks like laser jammer... Definitely aftermarket.
EDIT: did some research. at this point i can bet it's a laser jammer.
