ML stereo security code??

Hi all,
Does 2005 LS430 with ML stereo has security code that must be entered after battery disconnection?
I have not seen any in the Manual package.. maybe I over looked..

Not that I know of. I've had to change battery twice and no problems. One time it was off for over an hour
