Sorry Cad, once Megatron was inactive it really was not a fair bet. Packers are undefeated against the Lions in Wisco since 1991, and they are 7-1 after the by week. the Lions do have a fine team just Megatron is the biggest non QB playmaker in the game. Have a wonderful day tomorrow dance like noone is watching! Warm

Congrats to the Pack. I'll have to get to the store sometime and find your address. Heh, heh, I wonder what we can come up with...

You have a mistaken idea of what our non-ceremony is going to be. My bride, my chaplain buddy, his wife, and I are meeting at that little family restaurant for dinner and an exchange of vows. The owner's wife and our waitress will be our witnesses. There are no invited guests. However, we haven't exactly been secretive of the date & location, so there will probably be some friends and family that will drop in. After dinner, we're going to go visit her mom in assisted living and then head to my place, where we'll be living.

While studying for an exam over the weekend, I was reminded of this thread when my friend (a fellow MI resident) had the ESPN score update running on his iPad. Toward the end, I realized that despite living MI my entire life, I really don't know what the official MI foods are...lol.

Congrats to you on your wedding Caddy, and congrats to your team winning warm!

Cad I'd say we have 2 of the prettiest wives on the planet, certainly the midwest, you know what the west coast girls can do with plastic surgery! The way you talked I would say I expected you to look like rip van winkle, not about my age as my wifey agrees looking over my shoulder! Cheers to smiles and being there for each other every step of the future, bottoms up!!

Ya, but em you still owe be some blueberries or something! I can meet ya in Houghton, Copper Harbor this weekend I like that area!

Warm, we'll look for an appropriate made-in-Michigan food item while on our honeymoon next week.

OK Warm, watch your mailbox. A tasty, but ill-named, all-Michigan treat is being sent to you directly from the maker in northwest Michigan.

Yup, got back from a business trip on Saturday to a box full of "Toe Jam" really nice spiffy preserves.
I didn't see any lint in the mix so I assume we are safe. Wife and I both loved the "Toe Jam" as she is like Betty Corker or Mrs. Ball and makes all sorts of jams in the summer so she appreciated it as much as I did! Looks like the Lions got Megatron back so we are looking at double or nothing? Keep ya posted on the rematch Cad. Warm

Sorry bets off, no double or nothing or anything, no offense. I concede you will win the next rematch, Cad!
