Its easy its like 6 screws for grill and 1 for emblem.

i cant really spot enough of a difference between this and OEM to justify buying it ;/. Plus i wish it was badge-less, then maybe id consider.

there's also badge-less version on there (for kids =)
difference is quite obvious even from pics - my original grill is dull grey, this one looks shinier and fancier ))

It's very EZ to install. About 6-7 bolts and 1 for the emblem. If I recall you also have to remove the hood latch. Again very EZ with 2 bolts. While the grille is off, be sure to clean and wax the area where the grille frame rests. You will see the dirt. My old grille was dull and had numerous rock chips. The new grille is more of a black chrome finish. It looks very nice on the LS.
