I know the timing belt is made by Mitsuboshi. Does that mean serpentine belt is also made by Mitsuboshi? If that so, would following match be the one?
Mitsuboshi W0133-1628747 Drive Belt
Part #: W0133-1628747 | Mfr #: W0133-1628747
http://www.******************.com/sk...3-1628747.html
Or is it Bando?
Bando 6PK2240 OEM Quality Serpentine Belt
This aftermarket is probably better than OEM.
Gates K060882 Multi V-Groove Belt
Ok, I read Gates and Goodyear Gatorback serpentine belts are the best out there.
Has anyone here installed Gates Sepentine belt and what is your experience? Is it a perfect fit and is it noisy (compared to OEM)?

I'm gonna bump this old post because the dealer told me I need to replace my serpentine belt and I'm having a hard time finding enough info on it. Can't seem to find the belt on Sewell either.

Try ' auto parts warehouse ... $26 for the Bando and $28 for the mitsuboshi... First link I clicked on, you may even find cheaper price searching online elsewhere

Ah, I saw the "drive belt" on sewell earlier, but I was not sure if it was the same as a serpentine belt. I researched and results were inconclusive; some people said it's the same, some people said it's not. Is the drive belt exactly the same thing as a serpentine belt?

When I was shopping for a new drive belt I found one for the Lexus 4.3 engine and one for the Toyota 4.3.. The toyota belt was like a quarter of an inch shorter and cost $10 less.. I bought that one. Seems they are trying to make an extra $10 off Lexus owners ?!? Same exact belt minus a 1/4 inch.. no issues.. silent..

Very interesting. I'm looking for a new serpentine belt for my 2004 Lexus LS 430. OK so what is the best brand quality belt I can buy and just as important which is the quietest. Thank you..

You'll get a dozen different answers to this question and they are mostly just opinions. The Toyota belt (90916-02586) is a fine choice and not prohibitively expensive at around $50. Allowing a Lexus or Toyota dealer to install it will turn in to a $200 affair.

You'll find 6 brands under the "Std Replacement" category. I wouldn't be afraid to use any of those 6. Stay away from Autozone...

Mine looks fine, but I'd get the OEM Lexus barnd, pay $50 or whatever and call it a day!

I really didn't want to bring this up AGAIN but it's always worth consideration.
Lexus of South Atlanta, prob the most prominent online Lexus parts retailer, list 2 serp. belts for the 430. One is $48.64 and the other is $80.34.
https://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.c...&searchString=
The $80.34 option reads BANDO. Bando has facilities worldwide but they manufacture belts in Itasca Illinois. A Bando belt for the 430 can be purchased all day long on the internet between $15 and $20 dollars.
