Got into a car accident
Hey guys it's been some time since I been on the forums been traveling alot with my job. Car was in a accident a few weeks ago, so I come home to see the whole front end damaged. Ins isn't gong to cover it being my buddy let another guy take my car for a spin who didn't have ins and ended up wrecking it. I'm so upset really looked forward towards coming home and taking it for a drive and a wash😞. Just wanted to ask you guys do u kno of any body shop around the Baltimore pg area that will do a great job fixing it without killing my pockets. Pics posted below

there was a shop just south of rt 152 on rt 40 on the right side of the road that was pretty good.prices were not to bad at the time(2002)
this is why i never ever let anyone drive any of my cars.small claims court is your only option.
best of luck!

I have a novel idea, how about making your retard buddy and his loser dips#*t friend pay for the repairs? Take it to a high quality shop and let them worry about the cost. And if its not paid in full immediately then sue the crap out of them both.

Sorry to hear about the accident. I would recommend Gott Auto Body in Annapolis. I have used them many times for repairs, none of which were my fault. They do good work. I was recommended to them by Lexus of Annapolis. Your friend should definitely fit the bill on this one.

That is a pretty bad accident but hopefully did not do any structure damage.
btw - your insurance company should cover the damage to your car no matter who was driving your car, as long as they had your permission to drive it. Simply stated car insurance covers a specific car for accidents, not the a driver. In most cases the driver is not insured when they are driving a car they do not own even if they have car insurance for their own car. However there are special provisions in most policies to cover rentals when someone is driving a rental car. Or if you are out test driving cars to buy your insurance usually covers that at least for liability and medical although sometimes not for the actual car.
