Default 2005 ls430 with oem tire manufactured in 2004

I read my tire today and the manufactured date was back in 2004 . I can almost bet these tire are shot. Can this be related to my excessive road noise thats been driving me nuts? These tire sound like theyre 30 series tire when I hit a bump . I don't feel the impact but I can sure hear everything . Please share some advice..

If you have OEM tires from 2004 I would change them out anyway...

They need changed no matter what, so put some new ones on there, and if you're lucky...problem solved

With age, the rubber in a tire will both dry out and become harder, and eventually start cracking on the sidewalls. The harder ruber will make the ride harsh and noisy and their grip on the road will also diminish. Driving old tires on the highway is dangerous too.

I would definitely replace them, immediately.

9-10 year old tires? I would not go much faster than about 35mph on those old tires driving to the tire store to get new tires ASAP.

+1, when they get that old they get cracks, very unsafe to be driving on, hit a bad pot hole or even a bad bump and they could blow out.
