Default Brakes make loud squeaking noise in very cold weather(like 5F)

I have a 06 LS430. I notice my brakes work fine in the summer, but in the winter when temperature drops to like 5F, it starts to make loud squeaking noise every time I steps on the brake. I brought my car to the lexus dealer and they couldn’t find anything wrong. They even cleaned the brakes, but that didn’t help. I even bring my car to Midas (independent mechanical shop) to check and they couldn’t find anything wrong with the brake.

Any ideas? I bought my car in 2011 and my braking pads still have lots of life left. How can I tell if my braking pads are OEM lexus pads?

Are you sure the anti-squeal shims are clean, installed correctly, and lubed properly? I don't trust anyone working on my brakes. My ex-dealer sprayed this yellow sticky stuff all over my wife's LX pads before we bought it. I ended up replacing the pads, shims, etc. Are you sure you don't have semi-metallic pads? They tend to squeak a lot. I have OEM pads and live in the mountains...no squealing at -5F.

Grease all movable parts like shims, pins, and even the corner of the pads. Mine do this occasionally when I spray clean my wheels extensively. Once i applied brake pads grease to said parts, the squeaking went away. It did return after a couple of more heavy wheel cleanings so now I avoid spraying the calipers too much.

Easy to do brake pads and rotors yourself. To eliminate groans and squeaks, use high-temp synthetic brake grease on the edges of the pads that touch the inside of the caliper, taking care not to get any grease on the pistons or rotor. Install the anti-squeal shims and grease them in accordance with the service manual (inside faces, not the face that touches the piston), and grease the contact points of the spring plate and plate locking pin. My pads had groaned when in reverse while wet, but greasing properly eliminated the noise.

Use ceremic pads that are known to be quiet, such as the original LS430 brake pads, which my notes say are made by Sumitomo. Akebono ProACT pads are also almost equivalent to OEM (Akebono invented and patented many brake pad technologies and produces pads for many manufacturers including Lexus/Toyota).
