2001 Non-UL, No Navi, no ML.

Other than your standard 5k Oil Changes, new tires, and brake pad/rotor/fluid changes I have had to replace shocks at 140k. I believe the master brake cylinder was also replaced around 150k. Transmission flushed at 190k (toyota dealership). Valve-cover gaskets(both sides) at 190k. They looked fine, but the rubber was hard (~$45 dollars for both gaskets and 2-3 hour DIY). Also had to swap out the hook/trunk dampeners as they began to sag around 160k. Had a shop swap the water pump/timing belt at 120k. Got the components ready to have them swap it again when I hit 220k.

I believe this car will do 300-400K no problem. I do drive quite spirited every couple of weeks and the car seems to be fine. I check the radiator level, oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid levels every month or so.

A customer of mine has a LS400 with 398K miles. I did a huge major service on it about 6 months ago. Still runs great, quite and smooth.

2002 189,000. Noticed a small hesitation when accelerating from a stop this morning. Got onto the expressway and noticed it again cruising at 65mph. I need to get fuel, maybe some new will solve the issue. Be in touch.

I'd ride in that taxi anytime. Sounds like it be one of the nicer taxi's around. Lol.

Has the alternator or the starter ever been replaced, or are they both original?
