The same thing happened to me when I tried to contact him. My sister bought a grille for her LS430 from him and he never sent it. He didn’t respond back to her until after PayPal refunded her money. After she got the refund, Central Pine deleted the negative review she left on their Facebook page.

If you can’t physically go to their shop, I would highly recommend avoiding Central Pine. They get some awesome parts but they’re very shady. I’ve seen them delete other customer’s negative reviews from their page as well.
