I have a question if anyone can help I have 20inch rims which are 20x8.5 + 30 .tire size 225-35-R20.. Now my question is I have the 18inch ls430 stock wheels tire size 245-45-R18 lowereded on Megan coil over with no rubbing .. Now I'm wonder can I keep the same riding hight for my 20s or would I have to bring it up a little

They should work, I think you can get away with a 9 front/10 rear +30 without actually doing anything to the fenders/quarters.

You might need a spacer to clear the front brakes though, and then probably have to run some for the rear to make them have comparable track width.
