Suggestion on Fixing Xenon Bulb for Ls430

HEy Guyz i am planning to fix xenon bulb for my headlight ( the one i use flash on highway )

Is it a good idea ? will it not affect any electrical in the car ?

its a 2005 lexus ls430

if you don't mind spending a little money, mcculloch is a very very nice brand to go with. if you want to go inexpensive but decent, genesis is a good brand.
