Door locks, Windows, Trunk, Gas Cap, Alarm problem!
Has anyone ever had this problem in their LS?
My remote key won't unlock / lock my car, won't open trunk either. All windows are functional but to each window itself. I can't control any window from my driver door besides my own driver window etc etc. Also trunk and gas cap release won't work from the inside. My power mirrors were also folded in and won't work.. Oh and I have to manually unlock and lock every door of mine. Checked all my fuses and all the fuses are fine! Anyone with any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I had the same issue now. 2002 ls 439, how did you fix it?

after almost 1 week and $580 diagnosis fee, the local Lexus dealer told me the issue is a bad ECU inside the ceiling reading map assembly. Total estimated cost will be $1,900.
not sure how many ECU the car has and which one is that one in the ceiling?
anyway, let folks know the root cause.
