Default NGK vs. DENSO

on toyota V6s one side of the motor comes with NGK and one side comes with DENSO. then when you bring it to the dealer I get to put Denso plugs in them. however Toyota uses NGK in their race application. I run NGK on all of my vehicles, even the chevy caprice i owned. I found them to get better fuel economy.

Just my two cents...I had this timing belt service done at Lexus of North Miami. I inquired about bringing in original Lexus Parts and they were charging me about $650+/- just for labor. The entire job estimate from Lexus was around $1100 with the crank shaft seals replaced. Hope this helped give you some gauge. GL!

This past summer the toyota dealer in Bradford pa did the following to my ls 430 (03) timing belt, water pump, thermostat , coolant flush, oil and filter, radiator cap, and new brakes all around (rotors were fine) with my senior citizen discount paid a total of 890 OTD. Now that s a deal! Car had only 81K on it but for that price had to do it. It wouldn't make it to next summer when I'm back in the Pa area. Oh and they gave me a loaner car so I toured the Zippo factory.
