Default shorter upper front control arm

I am having a machinist make a pair of shorter upper front control arms for my LS430 and i was wondering if there would be any interest in it for anyone on here? if not he is going to scrap his jigs when my arms are done, but if someone else wants a set i will tell him to hang on to them and i can post his contact info.
here is a picture if the spherical bearing ball-joint he made for it so far. the arms i am having made are .500" shorter on each side.

thanks for your time

How exactly would this affect the suspension geometry?

It will effectively add negative camber to the front wheels.

im not sure on the pricing yet, i know what i paid but the price could go up or down from there. as soon as i get pictures of the mocked up arms i will post them.

as far as what waijai is asking i think he means total geometry.
it will increase the camber gain, shorten the instant centers and change the roll center of the front end. In short, it will alter the way the front end reacts over bumps and while cornering. it does not effect bump steer due to the fact that the lower control arm and the tie rods are on the same plane.

I am very interested...but I rather have an adjustable arm versus just a shorter arm, since everyone's fitment is different, its harder to sell just a shorter variant.

generally his jigs are adjustable. when he makes them for other vehicles you can specify the amount you want shortened or lengthened for that exact purpose

Would be very interested if these were actually adjustable arms, not just shortened.

For others interested, Moonface or GenB make some new ones now..

Shimmed Pros:

or high articulation re-manufactured:

I seen these not long ago. They are nice but for a little more I would just get the Nagisa units. These dont offer the fine adjustment the Nagisa arms would.

True, Im just worried the Nagisa wont allow my bag to fit and balloon without rubbing on the arms. Ill have to email them for internal/clearance dimensions... they cant be any or only a little smaller than the OEM's to allow clearance of the UAS bags.
