Paint chip on handle

My new (to me) LS430 has some pretty bad chips on the passenger door handle. Does anyone know if the handle is one piece, or if you can just replace the plastic covers?

Hmm, are there also scratches on the roof or trunk lid (places where ladies put their purse)?

Hah! An older lady owned (or at least rode) in this car. I found bobby pins, and a fairly strong perfume smell.
