Default Rear Seat Heat / Cooling problem

I just noticed my rear seats dont heat or cool when I turn the **** the light doesnt go on for either side? Is there a fuse I should check?

You have to push the **** down after rotating it to turn it on. I know that sounds silly, but if you don't know that, it isn't intuitive.

I actually had no idea you had to do that...no wonder I questioned my heated seats at time this past winter...lol. I do notice that the car can sense a person sitting in the seat and turn the heat on automatically if the outside temps are cold enough (or am I just going crazy?)
