Default Need help on what size rims to put on my 04 LS30

I want to get some help on what is the best rim size to put on my 2004 LS430. I have 20" rims right now, but they still have a gap between the rim and the body. I was thinking of putting 22" rims, but i dont know if it's going to mess up anything on the vehicle. Please help, thanks

Please stop at 20" and read some threads about lowering the car. Thank you.

The bigger your wheels get, the lower your tire profile should get, and the gap is unaffected. As Caddyowner said, read up before wasting any more money on wagon wheels that wont solve your problem.

You'll want to either look at a coilover set (height adjustable probably) or if have a UL and air suspension - a datasystem controller that allows your air bags to lower a lot more dramatically.

They are not staggered, my tires are lexani 235 30 22. it is not very easy finding a 22" wheel that will clear the caliper. the best bet but not necessarily the most cost efficient is to go with a custom 3 piece wheel. you could do a staggered wheel on the car. These tires are shorter in diameter than a tire for a 21" wheel. and tires for 22's are cheaper than for 21's. there were no mods on the car in that picture.

I assume your car is lowered, right? I just ordered 20s but do not plan to lower the car. Hope it looks ok.

I actually have no experience with such a thing (I have modern lux, so tradition springs for me). I hear about it quite a bit though through other members who are riding low on air.
