Default new member bday present to myself

so my name is Season and on my bday jan 20 this year i purchased my dream luxury car i had my eyes on for years since 3 years ago. i hope to learn from all of you and share any new knowledge of our shared interest.
i bought a 2005 LS430 black on black UL package . fully loaded with everything and some things i never knew it had until i owned it. i previously and still own a 1995 nissan 240sx and that is my hobby drift car. i now own and know both worlds, full stiff break your back to soooo soft suspension lol.

my plans for the car is using the air ride to lower it and i ordered a asr681 from japan in the mail coming to me i am saving to buy leon hardiritt ordens or waffe but im sitting on the fence for 19s or 20s .
im still not familiar what specs this car uses to get dish but it seems i see lots of ppl running x9 +25 front and x10.5 +30 in rear to get a flush/tuck fitment. is it possible on stock body to get 3-4" lip dish in front and 4.5-5" dish in the back? also is it recommended to get the ss pro kit or ss kit to lower the car even more?

interior plans over the year, i want to have garson curtains (dont know if i can afford it), and a few misc jp products and shiny pretty things. i also picked up a set of xj jaguar picnic tables im considering to put into the car.

Hello and welcome aboard! That is a very nice car you picked up, how many miles? Also, that is some sweet photography (a helluva lot better than my dismal cell phone pics I post on here), love how sharp the nighttime photos are! Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to customize my car so I haven't really done too much research on rim sizes for this model. However, there are plenty of members on here who do have dropped cars on aftermarket rims.

Nice car and welcome to the forum!

On the LS430, I personally prefer the Waffe over the Ordens, but I also don’t think you can go wrong with either choice. Additionally, I think 20s are the perfect choice for the LS430.

If you haven't done so already, get familiar with the 'Ultimate LS430 Picture Thread.' There’s plenty of clean LS430s throughout that thread and it should help aid you in your decision on wheels and other upgrades!!

Again, nice ride and welcome, I think you’ll find the information and people on CL to be very helpful!!!

Welcome and congrats on your purchase. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do mine (2002 LS430 UL) and thats a bunch. I also trade off on a 98 4-runner.

lol we all have nice cars here haha. thanks for the welcomes. ummm the pictures i took were at night with a canon t2i 10-22mm lens.

carguy89: dont worry ul hav the luxury to mod ur car. it just time/saving, i saved 2 years to buy this car lol. i dont expect to mod this car fast but slowly receive christmas gifts throughout the whole year from mr ups.

mrbrown: i will definitely go over the picture threads once again as i remember i use to stare at all the members car pics lol. community seems big and not limited to just north america. i enjoyed reading some of the write ups already of diy. i came from the 240sx community so we all are greese monkeys and diy everything.

Congrats on a beautiful car sir!

I love this pic

It looks rich, lux and warm. I would say one of the best UL rear seat pics i have seen.
