Default Megan EZ street Coilovers settings

Anyone have these on there LS yet? I just installed mine today the quality and ride is great however The rears are bottomed out as low as they will go as they still arent that low... Maybe 3" lower? The fronts still have tons of adjustment but the rear is set all the way down. Any suggestions? I havent messed with the spring preload yet so maybe I need to do that?

that's the opposite on my GS. my fronts are maxed, but the rears can be super slammed.

only option for you is adding rear lowering block, or lower the spring perch.

What is your experience with the Megan EZ series. I see them on Ebay for under $650.00. I don't need to lower my car. I need an inexpensive alternative to my air shocks.

If you dont need to lower your car I wouldnt suggest getting these you will sacrifice some ride quality these ride good but now that i have ridden on them about 800 miles they seem to have stiffened up a bit I have the fronts on 3 (1 being the softest ) and the rears at 5 I believe

If you need to go lower in the rear, then just lower the spring perches.

Looks like a nice practical ride height but yeah...for slamming, pretty conservative. There are also the SS kits for that extra 3/4" or so if you don't have enough piston travel after adjusting the spring perch.

Amazing that there are wallet friendly suspension goodies now.

Hey Launch, I am looking to purchase these same coilovers and ran across your feedback here. Are you sure that the lower the number the softer the ride? From Megan's website on the LP's they have this posted:

1-8: Suggested for track use.
9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
17-32: Suggested for common street use.

I know that you have the EZs with only 15 settings but I think that the same as above should apply. Meaning the higher the number the softer the ride. Give it a try and let me know.

Thanks!
