Default negative camber different on each side of rear wheels

so i got my car aligned again yesterday by a highly recommended guy/shop and he told me my car is nearly perfect now, however the rear left wheel was at -2.6 degrees of camber and the rear right was -1.6 (very close to the front). i measured my car on many different surfaces that look flat and i always spin my car around after measuring both rears to compare if the results change at all.. i believe the rear to be even height wise when the car is on the ground (never measured it when its up in the air)...

how can 1 side be a whole degree more of negative camber? is it worth raising up the car i spin of the coilovers on the side with more negative camber to see if it helps the ride or what not?

the car was an 05UL that was converted to bc racing coilovers and then i put the 5mm shorter rear lateral arms to correct some negative camber which really helped on the rear right but not as much on the rear left???

the mechanic recommended looking into something called a cam or an eccentric that could help with the rear left camber, ever heard of these? anyone else perfectly level (same camber) in the rear and lowered on bc coils???
